QT12-15F concrete block production line shipped to Vietnam

The QT12-15F cement brick machine developed and produced by our company is equipment for the production of building blocks. This machine can use fly ash, slag or other industrial waste residues, river sand, gravel, cement and other materials to produce various hollow blocks, porous bricks, curbs, pavement bricks, grass-planting bricks, ring tree bricks, and slope protection brick etc. Adding paver color system can also produce layered products.

The main frame of the QT12-15F cement brick forming machine adopts a gantry frame structure, which is stronger and vibration resistant. Adopt wave-like swing feeding material structure to reach excellent finished blocks. The plug-in welding mould is made of manganese steel by carburizing and quenching. It is not easy to be deform and wear. A simple concrete block production line includes with PLD1200 batching machine, JS750 mixer, 8-meter belt conveyor, automatic pallet elevator machine and stacker.

At the beginning of April 2020, Hongfa's QT12-15F concrete block production line was successfully loaded and shipped to Vietnam.
