Permeable brick automatic production line equipment successfully shipped to Vietnam

On January 22, 2018, a complete set of equipment for the fully automatic production line of permeable bricks independently developed and produced by our company was shipped to the Vietnam.

The automatic production line of permeable bricks consists of a block forming machine, a batching machine, a JS series mixer, a belt conveyor, a screw conveyor, a water scale, a cement scale, a program-controlled car, elevator machine, a dry block conveyor line, and an automatic boarding machine , Stacking machine, cuber, finished product conveyor track, curing room, finished product storage yard, integrated control system and other main parts, it is a special equipment for the production of permeable bricks. The production line can use fly ash, slag or other industrial waste residues, river sand, gravel, cement and other materials to produce various hollow blocks, porous bricks, curbs, pavement bricks, grass-planting bricks, concrete products such as tree bricks and slope protection bricks. Adding face feeding equipment can also produce layered products.
